Previously BCU read back the setting value and compared it to previous value to decide if it was successfully changed. Any changes requiring a reboot must still occur before the change takes effect. This is a change in the BCU reporting method. Prior versions attempted to re-read settings for confirmation which could report false failure for a setting requiring a reboot prior to completion.

Today I fully instructed and try to get a manual to go hp support page, I found this cloud software I have never seen before. I had an ordered recovery kit fromit turns back to windows 8 for one year throughthe latest version update difficulty did not let it go back neither work fine with the purchased recovery kit from hp, my pc was in stuck for two days. What it needs is an option to create a clean Windows image no pre-installed drivers or software and a Drivers and Applications recovery image. Great tool, however it needs more recovery options, in addition to a full image restore. When you create the USB bootable drive, it uses a recent build of Windows that already has all but the most current updates. This tool made doing a factory restore painless. It restored all of the original bloatware, adware and reliability problems that came with my HP, along with a completely unusable version of HPSA: the out-of-box nightmare, intact!
